    Biography

    Fugui received his Bachelor degree in biomedical engineering in 2014 from the Institute of Bio-Medical Engineering (BME), Fourth Military Medical University (FMMU), China, where he is currently working toward a PhD degree in Biomedical Engineering. Since January 2019, he has been a visiting scholar in the Min H. Kao Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. His research focuses include human motion classification, bio-radar signal processing and machine learning.
