Biography
Farshid Tamjid received his BS in electrical engineering from Semnan University, Iran, in 2011 and his MS degree in electrical engineering, from Iran University of Science and Technology (IUST), Iran in 2013. He joined the Microwave Group in the Min H. Kao Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in Fall 2015 to work toward his PhD.
He has been both a Graduate Research Assistant (GRA) and a Graduate Teaching Assistant (GTA) for Microwave Circuits, Microwave Power Amplifiers, Advanced Antenna Arrays since 2015. His research interests include RF and Microwave Circuits, Antennas, Power Amplifiers, MMICs, RFICs.
