Biography

Toan received his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Catholic University of America (CUA), Washington DC, in 2015. He is currently a Ph.D. student and Graduate Teaching Assistant at the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
